You found the woman (or man) of your dreams. You proposed, and she said yes (or you were proposed to, and you told him yes). Now it’s time to find the right wedding venue.
During the process of wedding planning, you might have been dealing with the following:

At Reconnect Fellowship, we enjoy helping Christian couples celebrate their special day on a budget.
The church pastor, Rodney Rapp Sr., would love to serve as your officiant and perform a Christ-centered wedding ceremony. At this time, we can only accommodate 30 guests at the most.
If you’d like to have a small, intimate wedding at a non-denominational church here in San Antonio, TX, we’d love to be part of your monumental special occasion.
Here are the steps involved:
1. Submit Online Form
Fill out the form down below to to request an initial consultation from Pastor Rodney.
2. Scheduled Consultation
After you fill out and submit the form below, Pastor Rodney will give you a call to discuss your wedding plans in detail including an opportunity to come and see the venue.
3. Venue Reservation
If you decide to move forward with us, you’ll pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to lock in your wedding date with us.
Pricing
Reconnect Fellowship Church offers affordable wedding officiant services at a competitive rate of $200. This fee includes the following:
- Pre-Wedding Counseling: A personalized counseling session to discuss your relationship, spiritual beliefs, and wedding ceremony vision.
- Customizable Ceremony: A tailored ceremony that reflects your unique love story and Christian values.
- Officiant Services: The services of a qualified pastor to conduct your wedding ceremony.
Payment Terms
- $50 Deposit: To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon booking. You can pay this online or in cash.
- Balance Due Before Ceremony: The remaining balance of $150 is due before your wedding ceremony begins. You’ll also pay this online or in cash.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must give written notice at least 24 hours in advance to get your $150 deposit back.

How many guests can we have?
Our sanctuary can hold a maximum of 30 guests.
Do I have to be a member of Reconnect Fellowship in order to use your wedding service?
No – you are not required to be a member of Reconnect Fellowship church. However, if you don’t currently have a church home, we invite you to visit us Sunday mornings at 9:30am.
Could we hire Pastor Rodney to be our officiant and travel to our venue to conduct our wedding ceremony?
If you already have a venue but no wedding officiant, then yes you can hire Pastor Rodney to be your officiant. Pricing including travel fees will be discussed during the initial phone call.
Do you offer any additional services or add-ons?
Pastor Rodney also runs a jewelry shop during the week, so if you need an engagement ring or jewelry repair, you are welcome to visit Rainbow Jewelers Supply. A member of our congregation is a makeup artist, and she can make her service available to the bride. If a couple wants premarital counseling, we can offer this. We can discuss all the details during the initial phone call.
How is payment handled?
For a small, Christian wedding of 30 guests or less (not including the bride and groom), the fee is $200. You’ll pay a $50 deposit which is non-refundable. This can be paid online or in cash.
Then you’ll pay the remaining $150 online or in cash before the wedding ceremony. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice if you decide to request a refund of the remaining $150 balance.
Can we have a reception after the ceremony?
At this time, we are only able to provide the wedding service.
Where are we able to park?
You may park in the front, back, and side of the building.
